Concept, Clay Prototype
2023

Intro
This project delves into the intricate design process of modern mobility solutions, focusing on the exterior development of an autonomous multimodal transport vehicle. Through extensive research, trend analysis, and iterative sketching, the vehicle was meticulously designed in 3D, followed by high-quality renders to communicate its form and function.

Process
To bridge the gap between concept and reality, the model was 3D printed at a 1:10 scale using ABS, ensuring durability for further refinement. The printed base served as the foundation for a clay modeling process, applied and sculpted at an optimal temperature to achieve precision and symmetry. This technique, widely used in the automotive industry, allowed for tangible evaluation and design adjustments before finalization.

Aim
The project not only replicates industry-standard workflows but also showcases a deep understanding of manufacturing constraints and aesthetic refinement—transforming a digital vision into a physical prototype ready for further development.
