Intro
This project focuses on the development of custom motorcycle components, blending advanced 3D design techniques with cutting-edge additive manufacturing. Each part was meticulously designed for specific motorcycles, ensuring both aesthetic harmony and functional performance.


The Solution
Using a range of materials tailored for durability and real-world application, components were 3D printed in PLA, ASA, TPU or Carbon-Reinforced Nylon, balancing strength, flexibility, and heat resistance depending on the part’s requirements. Additionally, some parts were designed for CNC machining in aluminum, offering increased strength and durability where required. From aerodynamic fairings to structural brackets and protective covers, every element was engineered for precision and longevity.
Each design was also tailored to the specific needs of individual riders, enhancing the ergonomics and usability of their motorcycles. From customized protections and footpegs to seat modifications and dashboards, the focus was on improving comfort, efficiency, and control. By adapting parts to fit the rider’s unique requirements, these modifications contribute to a more intuitive and enjoyable riding experience.
